What This Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Premature deterioration under normal use and environmental conditions
- Structural failure of frames or sashes during the coverage period
- Glass seal failure leading to fogging or condensation between the panes
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and tear, minor scratches, or cosmetic blemishes
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper maintenance
- Alterations, modifications, or repairs made by unauthorized parties
- Damage due to improper installation by third-party installers
- Damage from extreme weather events, fire, flood, or other acts of God
Warranty Claim Procedure
Provide proof of purchase (invoice or sales order)
Notify PVC Door Window in writing within 30 days of discovering the issue
Allow reasonable access for our team to inspect the product
After defect confirmation, PVC Door Window will provide appropriate remedy
